    • Drive sales growth and meet targets through ethical promotion.
    • Launch Slaney Healthcare in assigned cities and expand distribution.
    • Build and grow a strong distributor network for surgical products.
    • Manage assigned hospital accounts and build strong customer relations.
    • Support distributors and explore new market opportunities.
    • Lead and motivate the sales team for high performance.

    Desired Candidate

    • Minimum 4 years of experience in the assigned territory.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to confidently discuss product benefits and clinical value with healthcare professionals.
