- Drive sales growth and meet targets through ethical promotion.
- Launch Slaney Healthcare in assigned cities and expand distribution.
- Build and grow a strong distributor network for surgical products.
- Manage assigned hospital accounts and build strong customer relations.
- Support distributors and explore new market opportunities.
- Lead and motivate the sales team for high performance.
Desired Candidate
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the assigned territory.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to confidently discuss product benefits and clinical value with healthcare professionals.
